Convention Bureaus are often an overlooked part of the convention planning process: meeting planners can receive support for and during site inspections as well as services before, during tind after a convention that will help make their events productive. Understanding what each needs and what each can do for the other is the foundation of a mutually productive joint venture and the essence of the discussions in this article.
