Abstract

The concept of strategic management at the enterprises of the food industry on the basis of the principles of ecological responsibility is proved in article. The stage-by-stage model of the choice of version of the business development strategy taking into account an ecological component of activity is offered. The strategic analysis of zones of managing on the example of fodder mixes and compound feeds is carried out and justification of expediency of introduction of ecological management in practice of adoption of strategic administrative decisions is given.
