Abstract

Strategic innovation is a systems approach that focuses on generating ideas in a scientific and systematic manner, and when innovation is a deliberate and repetitive process, it provides great value to customers. Women's managerial functions at work are also a source of excellence through their many practices, supporting organizational effectiveness and the process of attracting, maintaining, developing, evaluating and compensating their performance to improve organizational performance. The purpose of the research was to analyse the impact of strategic innovation components on the achievement of managerial excellence of women employees in the Faculty of Economics and Management, by estimating a sample of a staff member imembersFaculty, the results of the research showed the staff member's interest in administrative functions and excellence in her work in the faculty. Quantitative research on strategic innovation dimensions, while clarifying the strategic dimension of innovation 7.79% and changes in polarization and selection 7.92%, changes in training and development, 1.75%, and changes in performance reviews 9.92%
