Abstract

Strategic human resource management (SHRM) is an approach to human resource management that supports long-term organizational goals and objectives from a strategic perspective. It can also be defined as the integrating of an organization's strategic goals with its human resources to improve performance and efficiency. Why Strategic HR Management?
