Abstract

In this article the basic strategic guidelines of logistics infrastructure functioning in the sea-farming complex ofUkraineare grounded. It is identified that the modern logistics infrastructure of the seafarming complex ofUkraineis characterized by a rather low level of development, substantial price disparities, high level of monopolization. The typical objects of logistics infrastructure include the prodution enterprises, warehouses, loading and unloading terminals and retail shops. The modern level of development of Ukrainian logistics infrastructure is studied. The volumes of cargo transportation, including marine ways are analyzed. It is noted thatUkrainecan become a convenient link in the service of cargo-traffic between Europe andAsiathanks to the favorable geographical location according to the estimations of specialists of the Ministry of Infrastructure. It is proved that the negative factors which affect the development of logistics services market are the dissatisfaction with the demand for warehouses and the transportation infrastructure is not enough developed, as well as the lack of qualified staff in the field of logistics. The prospects of logistic infrastructure development in the sea-farming complex ofUkraineare determined. Under the globalization of national economies the development of sea-farming complex has a strategic priority. The transformation of its logistics infrastructure must be based on a systematic approach which will include a study of the strategy of its development and detailization in strategic and current plans on the macro and micro levels. The main result of logistics infrastructure of sea-farming complex should be a minimization of the expenses for maintenance of material flows and their environmental safety.
