Abstract
Implementing marine exploration has become one of the important strategic measures that our country needs for economic and social development. Accordingly, this article uses the strategic meaning of high-level boosting of coastal cities' economic development as an entry point, analyzes the current situation of Liaoning's marine economic development and its restricting factors and further proposes strategic advice for Liaoning's marine economic development.
