Based the expediency of adaptation of national legislation in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy legislative framework to the European Union, will provide the international competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy. Strengthening the energy security through the implementation of the energy strategy, an understanding on strategic energy partner of the European Union, expanding the cooperation to ensure full integration of energy markets Ukraine and the European Union will allow Ukraine guaranteed protection.
