Abstract

Strategic development is presented as an organic set of functional elements — development strategies at successive time intervals of development and their connections. Strategic planning of an organization is presented as a set of individual functional elements and their links, focused on achieving the goal. From an organizational point of view, strategic planning is presented as a time-structured project that develops over time and contains a strict sequence of elements (stages). Financial planning is an infrastructural element in the strategic planning system. The basic principles on which the methodology of the project presentation of the strategic development of the organization is based as a systematic way of economic thinking are formulated.
