Abstract

In order to create a new development strategy for the Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the drivers of economic growth and the features of the influence of various types of state participation on the population of these extreme territories are analyzed. The performed strategic analysis made it possible to identify trends in the most important indicators of the development of the Arctic districts of Yakutia, to study the dynamics of economic indicators, to identify factors affecting the sectoral structure of the economy and its sustainable growth. Estimated indicators for comparative analysis are presented for two groups of the Arctic districts of Yakutia over a long period of time, including the Soviet period and post-Soviet development in a market economy.
