Abstract
Purple Sweet potato is one of the products that become the image of Bondowoso district. So, the existence of Purple Sweet potato is very supportive to the continuity industry based on Purple Sweet potato. The main purpose of this research is determining methods that can be used to select the industrial development strategies. One of the decision-making methods that can be used for the selection of industrial development strategies is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. In the formulation of strategies is also used SWOT analysis. Based on the research, a priority strategy is obtained, namely the ST strategy, namely developing clean purple sweet potato production, improving quality through good post-harvest, and making regulations for business partners

Kabupaten Bondowoso merupakan salah satu kabupaten di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur yang memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan ubi jalar ungu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka komoditas ubi jalar ungu menjadi potensi bagi Kabupaten Bondowoso. Salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang dapat digunakan untuk pemilihan strategi pengembangan industri adalah metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). ANP dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kompleksitas mega proyek berdasarkan faktor pendukung sehingga menjadi suatu acuan dalam mengelola mega proyek [15]. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mendapatkan bobot kriteria dan subkriteria strategi pengembangan industri ubi jalar ungu di Kabupaten Bondowoso dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Sehingga dengan dilakukannya analisis ini, nantinya dapat diperoleh atau dirumuskan langkah-langkah atau strategi yang perlu diambil untuk mendukung pengembangan industri berbasis ubi jalar ungu di Kabupaten Bondowoso
