Strategi Pembinaan Warga Gereja bagi Pemuda di GBI Eben Heazer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and involvement of church members in the ministry of marturia to young people. This study uses qualitative research methods consisting of library research and grounded research, namely by taking theory based on literature and conducting interviews with eight resource persons consisting of three servants of God, two youth coaches, and three youth congregations. At GBI Eben Haezer. In the research conducted through several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, namely by explaining the results of the analysis obtained from the interviews with the informants. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the formation of church members in the ministry of marturia to young people has an impact on young people in the involvement of young people in the ministry of marturia. Marturia services are carried out by young people both individually and in groups. The involvement of young people at GBI Eben Haezer in the ministry of marturia has a significant impact on spiritual growth and the addition of new souls to the youth congregation.
