Abstract


 Marketing Communication Strategy Agent PT. Prudential life assurance binjai branch develops effective marketing communications, namely identifying the target audience, designing messages, selecting media, selecting message sources, collecting feedback. Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman developed a qualitative descriptive method using data model interactivity analysis techniques. The results of the research obtained an overview that PT. Prudential in marketing strategic communication Agents are more than two-way communication to customers to sell products so that they can give influence, wealth, and no one is judged.
