Abstract

During the pandemic, many people felt the effects, such as layoffs, forcing them to survive by opening a business. This eventually resulted in long-standing traders, one of which was Pawon Mbu Cici, thus making Pawon Mbu Cici grow. And in the process of developing Pawon Mbu Cici, it takes a communication strategy that is selected through the status in the whatsapp application. This study uses a qualitative descriptive communication methodology. And from the research results of Pawon Mbu Cici's communication strategy in Developing Image in the Community, it can be said that it is successful and can be seen from the increase in sales figures.
