Abstract

The school literacy movement is a government program in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture. The hope of this movement is to develop the competence of students, namely literacy. The existence of this literacy movement also facilitates the talents possessed by students. Following up on the ministry's policy, madrasah schools responded quickly, so that this madrasah school was also the one that started the school literacy movement. The results of this study found that there was mutual awareness of the school community in moving the LGS program. One of the supporting factors for the LGS program at this school is high awareness, good communication between the school and parents and the many strategies that are carried out.
