Abstract

SMA’s vision and mission are the New Highways; forming students who noble, intelligent and accomplished, of the vision and mission of the envisaged objectives first and foremost the achieved is the establishment akhlakul karimah students, therefore this research is to determine: 1) Strategy of teachers of Islamic religious education in fostering akhlakul karimah SMAN New Highways 2016, 2) the Islamic Education teachers in coaching high school students Marga akhlakul karimah New Year 2016, the factors supporting and hindering the implementation of coaching strategies akhlakul karimah SMAN Marga New Year 2016. This study used a qualitative approach. The data collection is done by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was processed with qualitative interpretative analysis begins with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Through this approach, the authors found several strategies teachers PAI in moral formation of students at SMAN New Marga. Including by: 1) Cooperating with school officials: the unity of knowledge, 2) To collaborate with parents, 3) and determining the model of innovative instructional strategies, 4) Through the approach of habituation, 5) Through the emotional approach and personal, 6) through ketauladanan approach, 7) Conducting religious extracurricular activities and 8) the delivery of lessons. In addition researchers found several strategies teachers PAI in moral development of students at SMAN New Marga as described above, the researchers also found a variety of activities in order to develop morals of students, among others: 1) Culture smiles, greetings, greetings, 2) reading prayers and Divine Name in the morning 3) Guidance flag during the ceremony, 4) Culture duhur and pray Duha prayer in congregation, 5) Culture coffers of charity (shodaqoh), (6) Istighosah. In addition, the researchers also found factors supporting and inhibiting PAI teacher strategies in coaching students at SMAN akhlakul karimah New Marga. The supporting factors, among others: 1) the factors teachers, 2) a family environment 3) a shared commitment. While the inhibiting factors are: 1) lack of awareness of students 2) Facilities and infrastructure facilities aau unfavorable environmental and community (social).
