Abstract
Allele frequencies and statistical parameters of forensic interest for the 15 STRs loci of the AmpFlSTR ® Identifiler™ System were estimated in 294 healthy unrelated individuals of the Brazilian population of São Paulo State. A phylogenetic tree was elaborated. The results are in agreement with other population studies and historical data.
