Abstract
Introduction/aims: Storiform collagenoma (also called sclerotic fibroma) is an uncommon diagnosis occurring ordinarily as a cutaneous fibrous neoplasm but appearances at mucosal head and neck sites are particularly rare. We describe two cases of surprise diagnosis of storiform collagenoma in the oral cavity.
