Abstract
This work obtains mean free velocity of bright optical solitons in optical fibers that are studied with quadratic–cubic form of nonlinear refractive index. The perturbation terms are from multi–photon absorption, filters and stochastic effect. The Langevin equation is derived from soliton perturbation which lead to the mean free velocity of the soliton.
