Abstract

Stochastic integrals are generally recognized as useful tools for the formulation and interpretation of stochastic models. This paper makes use of two stochastic integrals arising in continuous discounting for the formulation, theoretical investigation, and interpretation in strategic thinking and proactive decision making of a stochastic model.
