Abstract

In this paper, a complete control strategy including system characteristic analysis and stochastic control design and simulation is illustrated by application to the feedback control of the carding group. Both the state feedback and the estimator are designed precisely to control the card output density so that the absolute stability of the closed-loop carding group system is guaranteed. This feedback control design is particularly well suited to perform calculations by computer, and eventually we hope to design a carding group that can be controlled directly by an on-line computer in nonlaboratory conditions.
