Abstract
Stimulated electron resonant tunneling into exciton states is investigated within the pairing approximation and the interacting boson approximation. The tunneling current saturates at large densities due to the fermionic nature of exciton constituents. Conditions under which stimulated tunneling can be observed experimentally are described.
