Abstract

This article discusses the modeling of a vibration-isolating discharge pipe in Ansys medium to determine the strength and stiffness characteristics of the rubber-cord casing (RCC). Two design cases are considered for two created models - determining the spacing force and RCC rigidity. As a result of a comparative analysis of the calculated stiffness and strength parameters with experimental data, the RCC model of three-dimensional elements is the most acceptable in terms of spacing force, the composite model is the most acceptable in terms of stiffness.
