Abstract

A 46-year-old female patient was admitted to our department with paroxysmal chest tightness, dizziness, and intermittent claudication. The patient was previously diagnosed with Takayasu arteritis (TA) for 2 years before this admission and had been treated with glucocorticoid, methotrexate, and aspirin. The multidetector computed tomography identified stenosis of the ascending aorta and innominate artery (Figure 1A). The coronary aneurysms were observed at the left and right proximal coronary arteries (Figure 1A).
