Abstract
Objective To understand explore the status quo and influencing factors of functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGID) in nursing students. Methods Totally 372 nursing students from Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital were selected by convenient sampling between April and October 2016 and investigated with the Rome Ⅲ Symptoms Questionnaire and the Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS) . Results FGID symptoms were found in 273 nursing students (73.39%) . Their CPSS score was (37.92±3.58) . Logistic regression analysis showed that regular diet, perceived health and perceived stress were the influencing factors of FGID (P<0.05) . Conclusions The perceived stress is a risk factor to FGID in nursing students. Nursing educators and managers shall pay attention to nursing students' physical and psychological problems and make sure that they are healthy both physically and mentally.
