Abstract

In the article the author tries to present an analysis of the legal status of garages and parkingspaces. The problem that he tries to explain concerns in particular the attempt to answer thequestion whether there is a legitimate possibility of separating garages and parking spaces.Such an alternative will allow the creation of a legal fiction of an independent, individual garageor parking space. In addition, it will enable the freedom to trade in such rights, regardless of theownership of the dwelling.
