Abstract
Muon storage rings offer the possibility of intense neutrino beams to measure neutrino oscillation parameters. Muon colliders could be the best way to discover and study Higgs bosons in supersymmetry. The ultimate goal is a multi-TeV μ +μ − collider. Recent and on-going progress in research and development on neutrino factories and muon colliders in the U.S. will be summarized, including targetry and ring coolers.
