Abstract
As for SOFC research and development, the elemental technology was started from 1989 in NEDO. From 2004, NEDO started system development of SOFC(Several 10- 100kW classes). In this 4years, we have two program of system development and development of basic technology for future SOFC. By 2007, we develop demonstration plant of Cogeneration system , several 10- 100kW class. And we develop prototype plant of SOFC-GT Combined Cycle system , 350kW class. Additionally , we go ahead with development for future, low cost, high-durability and high-efficiency SOFC. This paper summarizes status of national project for SOFC Development in Japan
