Abstract

The average absorption cross-section of different structures under the random plane wave hypothesis are calculated based on the Kron-Branin model. Combined with the random coupling model, the statistical distribution prediction of the coupling quantity across objects in the wave chaotic cavity. The experiment with monopole antenna as the reference port and the microstrips of different lengths as the ports to be solved inside a reverberation room was performed. The result of statistical prediction across coupling structures by this hybrid method is verified.
