Fig. 4 Theoretical circuit of a transistorized system Figs. 3 and 4 show theoretical circuits of two practical s} ŝtems, which use vacuum tubes and transistors, respectively. Each is based on the circuit of Fig. 2a. In this case, the fixed component of the output voltage is based off by a simple voltage stabilizer having as reference voltage the supply used in the bridge. These bridges may be used as automatic regulators. Here Uo is fed to a controller coupled to a means of adjusting the temperature. The temperature may be specified in terms of ft i.e., by means of the Rn shown in Fig. 3. Further, to the output of the amplifying circuit in Fig. 3, there is applied a voltage Uy, which may be made a function of time.
