Abstract

A technique of transition arrays is employed to calculate the shape of the shake-satellite spectra in the oxygen and carbon K-shell Auger spectra of the CO molecule. Good agreement of the overall spectral shapes with the experiment is obtained. The oxygen KV-VVV shake-satellite spectrum also compares well with that calculated earlier within more rigorous line by line scheme.
