The medical side of the article was interesting, but I have had some doubts about the handling of data and presentation of results. In Table 1 (p. 374) the definite hyperpepsinogenemic group includes 93 affected patients (that is, those with a duodenal ulcer or an elevated pepsinogen level, or both).
