Abstract

The object of research in this paper is the operational business processes of a telecommunications company. To analyze the implementation of business processes, the correspondences between the processes and the elements of the organizational structure that will allow controlling the correctness of the processes are described their correspondence to real goals, objectives and performers. The use of cluster analysis as a classification method is proposed. As a result, the entire set of processes is divided into several clusters based on the indicator of the excess of the work execution time, which makes it possible to make individual decisions on the optimization of work from each cluster. The overall runtime of business processes by network planning methods is adjusted. As a result, the manager has the opportunity to assess how productive and optimal the operational activities of this company are and to make the most profitable solution option in the field of telecommunications services management. The proposed approach allows improving the efficiency of the company’s operations based on the optimization of business processes.
