Statistic to All Kinds of Problems in Engineering Project Management

Abstract

There are many problems which always produce disadvantage to projects in engineering projects, and often appear in stochastic form, so, they bring much trouble to engineering project managers. In order to research and solve the problem, these problems in engineering projects is investigated. By statistics to these problems, some direct relationships of all problems with their stage are found. That is, the amount of problems in construction stage is the maximum in engineering project, the problem amount will obviously increase from decision-making stage to arranged stage, while the problem amount will decrease from construction stage to conclusion stage. The result warns that project managers should make sufficient ready for solving some problems in advance. So, it is very important value to improve engineering management level for project managers.
