Abstract

The analysis of examination results and design quality plays a vitally important role in teaching management, greatly helping teachers to perfect teaching, improve teaching quality and enhance proposition quality. Based on the final examination paper of Higher Mathematics (2) in the second term of 2009-2010 school year of Shandong Jiaotong University, this thesis makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis from the perspective of difficulty, discrimination and credibility, etc., concluding the indexes of the above factors in the exam paper. It then makes a rounded analysis of exam design quality and points out some problems in exam design, providing some beneficial enlightenment for future teaching.
