Abstract

Aiming at the problems that the current distribution system have poor real-time performance and unreasonable operation and maintenance resource allocation, a state maintenance decision-making method based on real-time health status evaluation and risk assessment results of distribution equipment is proposed. Firstly, the real-time health index is evaluated based on distribution equipment status assessment result, and the real-time failure rate is calculated based on exponential model. Secondly, the average real-time failure rate of all equipment is calculated by the feeder partition method; the importance of equipment is determined by the loss cost of failure assets, including the cost of users’ loss during power outages, the equipment cost and environmental damage cost. Finally, the relative risk cost of each device is calculated based on the risk loss cost of each device. According to the indicator, the operation and maintenance mode and operation and maintenance sequence of different devices are determined, and a differentiated operation and maintenance strategy is formulated. The validity of the proposed model is verified by an example.
