Abstract

Brushless direct current (BLDC) motor is a type of motor which can give out of dynamic system to control speed of motor combined out high speed torque and last longer than normal DC motors. It is widely used in industrial sectors. BLDC motor needs a design of control system to improve the efficiently. Due to the above-mentioned reason, this research focuses on designing a mathematic model using state space to represent BLDC motor in design control system, this research introduces PI controller by designing speed controlling system tuning with DSP board model TMS320F28335 moreover, this research as artificial neural network (ANN) and PI controller called ANN-PI. The experimental results show that ANN-PI controller was able to control speed of BLDC motor. In load and non-load condition, control system using ANN-PI can maintain the level of speed in steady state. According to responses of the reference signal, this can be concluded that controlling speed round using ANN PI controller is highly effective in controlling speed of BLDC motor.
