Abstract
The actions that countries take or could take based on their international interests are exposed. The main themes in international politics are: Security and World Balance; Access to Resources and Markets; Human rights; Foreign Assistance; and Environmental Protection. It is not considered appropriate to separate these actions, for example, to take into account only economic issues, since they are intertwined. It is established that the interests and actions of the countries depend on their political situation at the international level, state and economic interests, human rights and the environment.
