Abstract
The IEEE Transactions on Biometrics, Behavior, and Identity Science (TBIOM) has already completed two successful years of publication. This issue marks the start of year three! For 2019, the IEEE Biometrics Council was able to arrange an additional increment beyond our initial page budget for the year. As a result, TBIOM published 23 papers plus several editorials in 2019. For 2020, the Biometrics Council was able to again arrange an increment beyond our original page budget, and TBIOM published 34 papers plus several editorials in 2020. A sharp increase in page budget is planned for 2021, to handle a further increase in the number of papers published.
