Abstract

Despite the rise of Human Resource Management (HRM) education, the extant literature suggests that the HRM education movement may be at a standstill. The purpose of this paper is to offer a commentary behind the issues pertaining to the current state of HRM higher education in Canada. Alternatives to circumvent some of these issues are also offered. It is hoped that this paper acts as a spring board for future research and encourage more dialogue in this area.
