Perkins Dr. Perkins, professor of political science and assistant provost of the University of Michigan, was budget director and later controller for Michigan in 1947 and 1948. Former Secretary to Senator Arthur Vandenburgh, he has had a wide experience in both practical politics and political science. He has been assistant director of training for the institute for training in Municipal Administration of the International city Manager's Association, as well as secretary to the executive committee of the Institute of Public Administration of the University of Michigan.Search for more papers by this author John A.
