Abstract
Objectives: The national teenage birth rate in 2014 was 24.2/1000 teenagers aged 15–19. Pregnancies are more common among sexually active lesbian, gay, and bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth than among heterosexual youth. Sex education laws and school practices are likely structural determinants of teen pregnancy.
