Abstract

The sphere of public procurement of the Russian Federation has always been considered and is considered a zone of special attention, in connection with which measures are being taken to increase the information transparency of the activities of individual participants in procurement activities and the analysis of the results of their work, expressed in summing up the overall results. One of such measures is the formation of ratings both for the procurement participants as a whole and for individual indicators of their activities. The rating methods used, in most cases, are the result of serious development by analysts, employees of procurement regulatory departments of specialized rating agencies. Nevertheless, it should be noted that the use of existing methods of rating procurement activities in practice is often accompanied by a number of problems and difficulties, to overcome which the recommendations developed by the authors are aimed at improving the existing system of rating evaluation of procurement activities of state customers.
