Abstract

Introduction. To achieve the set goal, a set of interrelated tasks are solved: systematization of theoretical and methodological provisions for determining the tools for the formation and implementation of the development of construction enterprises; formation of a quantitative basis for the development of construction enterprises; characteristics of modern systems for ensuring the development of construction enterprises.
