Abstract
The paper tackles the problem of State Aid and civil or administrative litigation in national courts, in particular in Italy. At the time being, the paper argues, there is little or no litigation at all in the energy sector. One case is examined of civil litigation for unlawful State aid and distortion to competition, in the airport services sector.
