Abstract
The objectives of the study lie in applying the basic principles of quality: Edward Deming, a pioneer in the idea of total quality, developed fourteen points that clarify what is needed to create and develop a culture of quality. These points are called "the essence of quality in education." The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, which relies on studying the phenomenon as it exists in reality, and is concerned with describing it as an accurate description, and expresses it quantitatively and qualitatively, in addition to that this approach intends to investigate and analyze the manifestations of the phenomenon. The study sample consisted of 250 teachers of the Arabic language through working groups for teachers of the Arabic language in education schools. It is summarized as follows: creating consistency between educational goals and educational policies, adopting the philosophy of total quality in all educational sectors and institutions, reducing the need for inspection and oversight, and focusing on quality standards and their application.
