Abstract

One way for a company to measure whether its Human Resources are good or not is to look at the level of employee performance. Good employee performance can help the company achieve its goals. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how SOP influences employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification analysis methods. The population in this study were employees in the marketing department who worked for futures brokerage companies in Bandung. The number of samples in this research was 70 employees. Based on the research results, SOP has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a "strong" correlation coefficient. Good and correct SOP will improve employee performance.
