Abstract
Three standards are combined in one volume, intended to complement ASCE Manual of Practice No. 95, Urban Subsurface Drainage. ANSI/ASCE 12-92 provides guidelines for design of urban subsurface drainage and covers such topics as site analysis, system configuration, filters and envelopes, hydraulics and hydrology, structural considerations, and materials. ASCE 13-93 presents guidelines for installation of urban subsurface drainage and covers such subjects as site inspection, soil erosion, excavation, foundation preparation, and inspection of materials, equipment, and construction. ASCE 14-93 provides guidelines for operation and maintenance of urban subsurface drainage and covers such topics as design criteria, maintenance procedures, safety, water quality, inspection, and rehabilitation.
