Abstract

The management of stakeholders in agro-industrial projects is an extremely important and socially responsible part of the work of each project manager. Taking into consideration the fact that every individual is a consumer of products of agro-industrial projects, and therefore the stakeholder of these projects, it is difficult to overestimate the importance of competent project stakeholder management of the agro-industrial projects. The more complex a project is, the more stakeholders it has, which shall be managed, and even more relevant is the usage of professional stakeholder management tools for agro-projects.The article identifies the areas of influence of the stakeholders of agro-industrial projects. The stakeholder’s map of agro-industrial complex projects has been developed and analyzed, which reflects the degree of support / opposition of the stakeholder regarding the agro-project or of project manager and its team, as well as the degree of influence of stakeholder on the project itself.To improve the communication efficiency, reduce conflict resolution period, reduce the likelihood of risks, and increase the potential for receiving the additional benefits in the form of additional profits or shortening project implementation period, the author proposes to pay attention to the mentality of each stakeholder, when conducting the project stakeholder identification.To manage the risks associated with the stakeholders in agro-industrial projects, a methodology for applying the risk control table is proposed and described.It is recommended to use the developed tools at the planning stage of agro-industrial complex projects stakeholder management to ensure the timely and adequate response not only on the project risks, but also on opportunities.
