Abstract

Up to 30 % of patients with nodular forms of mastitis undergo repeated surgical treatment in the first 18 months after the operation. Many of them come through the partial mastectomy 3 or more times in their lives. Psycho-emotional stress, reduction of protective- adaptive mechanisms of homeostasis, co-occurring extragenital pathology play a negative role in the pathogenesis of mastitis. Application of transcranial electrostimulation and normobaric hypoxic therapy in postoperative rehabilitation and complex treatment of patients with breast diseases in the course of personalized pharmacotherapy clinically improves the state of 89.4 % of patients, prevents the progression of diffuse forms of mastitis, lowers the rate of re-formation of foci localized fibroadenomatosis by 64.7 %.
