Abstract Congenital venous malformations of the intraperitoneum and pelvis are rare but significant causes of unremitting gastrointestinal bleeding and chronic anemia. Treatment options vary depending on the location of lesion and extent of involvement. Herein, we present a rare case of an extensive, contiguous colorectal venous malformation complicated by lifelong, refractory hematochezia and anemia.
